I’m in the process of loosing ALOT of weight like 150 pounds (seriously), and this video kinda made me realise a few things that might make the journey easier…. It’s true that everyone has rituals, and while watching it, I allready came up with 3 or 4 rituals I’ll try to work into what I do daily..
