In December 2010, I went to an event called Awesomeness Fest…which was a seminar about personal development, business, entrepreneurship, and changing the world. It was the coolest event I ever went to.
And there were so many incredible speakers and teachers at this event it would be impossible to pick a favorite…but I think I did.
My buddy Sean Stephenson was probably the biggest highlight of the event. And one of the reasons is that the speech you’re about to watch below fostered an unbelievable bond and connection in the audience of 200 people.
This video was so inspiring to me I had to share it with you.
It has more lessons about creating authentic connections with others than anything I’ve ever seen. If you watch this…and take it in (like I did) you’ll have an ability to connect socially with people unlike anything you’ve ever imagined.
Sit back…relax, watch, enjoy and change.

Now…I would REALLY love to hear what you thought of this video and what your takeaways are.
I had too many to list…but if you could, share those in the comments below

Ok, I’ve heard about Sean before, but never “connected” with any of his videos or talks. Clearly, he’s not “talking his book” but instead he’s trying to lead by example, despite the fact that he has 4-wheel drive like Dr. Scott from RHPC. Using Clinton, the Dalai Lama, and Branson as examples was GREAT, with wise advice from each. Amazing talk, totally motivational, well worth the time watching, and great editing. Sean is really a professional speaker, with a GREAT message about connecting with other people. I promise that this will create IMMEDIATE changes in my interactions with others. CONNECTION is super-important, especially NOW! Great post, thanks! This talk might be inspiration for my band’s next new song! Wonderful link! Truly motivational! AWESOME! Torch

Hi Brad,
Thank you so very much for sending this link to me, Sean Stephenson is absolutely outstanding, he’s marvelous, and I totatly agree with his concept of connecting with people. It’s essential to express respect for all people, to show appreciation, and strive to bring a smile to each person’s heart. Sean has lifted my spirited to a higher level of communication, my new goal is to reach out and bring joy to everyone I meet!
